Please bear in mind that if you book with an online agency they may not always be fully up to date or have full access to all our availability…by speaking with us we’ll often give you a better price.
Children aged 10 and above are most welcome.
If booking direct we do not apply any service charges.
Our standard room rates are…
- £50 pppn for 2 people sharing a standard double en-suite or twin en-suite (£80 Single Occ)
- £57.50 pppn for 2 people sharing a superior king (£100 Sing Occ)
- £42.50 pppn for double room with private shower room facilities (£70 Sing Occ)
All options include a full English cooked breakfast using high quality local Exmoor sourced products wherever possible. Please advise at time of booking if you have any special requirements…gluten free options available if required.

If paying a deposit by pre-arrangement it can be done from here using PayPal. If you already have a PayPal account you can log-in here or you can create a new account…either way enter your name and amount below then follow instructions by clicking “Continue to PayPal Website”. (You must contact us first if making a deposit or full payment in this way.)
Standard Booking and Cancellation policy
We do not hold rooms open without being pre-paid or pre-authorised with a valid credit/debit card. We’ll acknowledge and confirm your booking by email once payment or pre-authorisation is successful. Up until that point your booking is unconfirmed.
To avoid any charges in the event of your cancellation, you must let us know by 10am 4 days in advance of your arrival date. (This gives us a fair chance to resell your cancelled room.) If you book through an agent they may have different terms to those found here. Please check the terms and conditions with the agent you are booking with. Your booking will be considered void if you have failed to arrive by 8pm on your scheduled day of arrival. In this case you will be considered a No Show and we may charge the booking credit or debit card the first night of your booking or the first 2 nights if your booking is for more than 1 night. Once you commence your stay it may not be possible to curtail it without paying for your entire stay. For this reason we advise that you consider travel and/or curtailment insurance.
Check in time is any time after 4pm up to 8pm. Check out by 1030am. Guests are welcome to leave luggage or vehicle for later collection.
