To book a room either call us directly on 01643 863599 or check availability and book using the online calender…please note…if making a reservation by using the online calendar please do not forget to include your full postal address, telephone/email details and credit/debit card details. Reservations made without this information will not confirmed.
Children aged 10 and above are most welcome.
Our standard room rates are…
- £110 per night for 2 people sharing a double en-suite (£85 Single Occupancy)
- £120 per night for 2 people sharing our Twin en-suite
- £135 per night for 2 people sharing our Superior King en-suite (£110 Single Occupancy)
- £110 per night for 2 people sharing our Deluxe Twin room with private shower facilities
All options include a full English cooked breakfast using high quality local Exmoor sourced products whenever possible. Please advise in advance if you have any special requirements…gluten free options available if required.

If you already have a PayPal account you can log-in here or you can create a new account…either way enter your name and amount below then follow instructions by clicking “Continue to PayPal Website”. (You must contact in advance if making any kind of payment via Paypal.)
Reservation and Cancellation policy
We do not hold rooms open without pre-payment or pre-authorisation against a valid credit/debit card. We’ll confirm your booking by email once payment or pre-authorisation is successful. The booking remains unconfirmed until we advise confirmation by email.
Standard Cancellation policy.
To avoid any cancellation charge for reservations made which do not include any part of a Bank Holiday or Bank Holiday weekend, guests are asked to let us know by 10am 2 days in advance of the arrival date. Cancellation made after this day/time will incur a penalty cancellation charge of 100% of the entire booking.
Bank Holiday Cancellation policy.
To avoid any cancellation charge for reservations which include any part of a Bank Holiday or Bank Holiday weekend, guests are asked to let us know by 10am 5 days in advance of the arrival date. This advance notice gives us fair chance to resell your cancelled room(s). Cancellation made after this day/time will incur a penalty cancellation charge of 100% of the entire booking.
Once you commence your stay (commencement is defined as arriving for check-in on the check-in day) it will not be possible to curtail your reservation without paying for your entire stay in full. For this reason we advise that you consider travel and/or curtailment insurance
Terms and conditions offered by making a direct reservation from our website or by speaking with us on the telephone will always be better than those available from Third Parties or OTA’s. (Online Travel Agencies.) If you make a reservation through an OTA they may have different terms to those found here. Please check the terms and conditions with the agent you are booking with.
Check in time is any time after 4pm up to 8pm. Check out by 1030am.
